Confirm you’re using the same email you used when you registered.
Try a private/incognito window to rule out cached sessions.
If you're on a work network, try a different connection/VPN off.
2) My map is blank / pins won’t load
Hard refresh the page (Windows: Ctrl+F5 / Mac: Cmd+Shift+R).
Disable content blockers for this site (ad blockers can block map tiles).
Try Chrome or Safari as a quick cross-check.
3) Upload succeeded but I don’t see updates
Give it a moment, then refresh. Large logbooks can take a bit to process.
Confirm you're viewing your owner map (not a shared page).
4) I don’t see my notes on pins
PDF uploads won’t transfer your custom notes into MyAirportMap. PDFs are great for records, but they don’t reliably contain structured “airport notes” data.
You can add (or edit) notes anytime on the Manage page after upload.
If you have a CSV export from your logbook app, doing a one-time desktop upload can be easier (drag/drop + copy/paste), then you can use your phone day-to-day.
5) Installing on phone (PWA)
iPhone/iPad (Safari): Share → “Add to Home Screen”.
Android (Chrome): Menu → “Install app”.
If the install option is missing, update your browser and retry.
6) Billing / subscription questions
If your payment didn’t go through, try a different card or contact your bank.
Keep your receipt email—include it in support requests when possible.
7) Email authentication issues
Please check junk or spam folders for the email. It will be from notifications@myairportmap.com.
Add the email to your contacts to prevent it from being marked as spam.
